CLE Information

POST-WORKSHOP UPDATE: AAAE has sent certificates of participation to all attendees who signed in each day. To submit for credit in your state, send that certificate to your state’s CLE division. Colorado has reciprocity with many other states, so you may also want to include their notification of CLE credit award: CO CLE Notification of Accreditation ALW 2025. A PDF of the Agenda and Workshop Guide can be found here, if you need it to submit in your specific state.

It is the responsibility of each participant to file the appropriate paperwork with their state bar(s) for continuing legal education for this course if your state is not listed as one of the pre-approved states.

Pre-approved states will be listed on this page as information is received. Each state has its own rules and regulations that define eligible course content for CLE credit. Due to varying state bar approval procedures, we cannot foresee how many credits the workshop will be approved for. Registrants may request accreditation from specific states after the workshop has taken place by usually providing course materials. (Note: IMLA is a certified provider of CLE programs in many states, and their co-sponsorship of this program will be useful in securing CLE credits.)

Course information will be updated as it is received.
